The Delhi Police had recently concluded its physical tests (PET & PMT) for candidates who applied for Constable post earlier. They were conducted in various months of 2017, in which about 8 lakh candidates appeared. It involved the determination of a candidate’s physical fitness that is required for a constable.
The physical test involved a number of activities that will help the examiners to shortlist the candidates for the written test. They included a 1600 meter race and long and high jump. As far as the various exercises were concerned, each of them had specific targets that were divided into various slabs depending on the candidate’s age and qualifications.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the written exam for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment. Tentatively, the exam is scheduled to be held in December 2017.
Candidates are eagerly waiting for the declaration of the Delhi police physical results, since shortlisted candidates will be called for the written examination. It is the written examination that would finally determine the career of the shortlisted candidates. Therefore, the suspense is understandably palpable, considering the long wait each candidate has to undergo.
