The Department of Post, Delhi circle has announced the re-examination dates for Postman, Mail Guard, MTS, PA, SA recruitment 2016. The written test for Postman & Mail Guard was earlier held on 21.12.2014 & 04.01.2015 which was cancelled by the India Post.
Then, the exam for this direct recruitment was conducted freshly for all of the aspirants. The Re-Exam took place on September 10, 11, 24, and 25, 2016 which also cancelled now. Delhi Post Office Result will be announced on the basis of test to be held in May 2017.
Important Note: Only those candidates who appeared in the exam held in September 2016, will be eligible to appear in re-exam. Delhi Postal Admit Card for Online Examination are out now at delhi.postalcareers.in.

Delhi Circle Postman Exam Pattern 2017
The Scheme of examination same as the year 2014-15 test. The direct recruitment exam against 738 vacancies of Postman and Mail Guard in Delhi Postal Service will be conducted according to the listed pattern:
- Only the objective type questions shall be faced by the aspirants.
- The question paper is divided into four sections for four subjects.
- The duration of this exam is 2 Hours.
- Total 100 Marks are assigned for this test.
- India Post examination doesn’t have any negative marking system till now.

Cutoff Marks: The minimum marks that candidates have to secure to qualify this exam are as per following:
|General||10 Marks in each section & 40% in aggregate.|
|OBC||9 Marks in each section & 37% in aggregate.|
|SC/ST||8 Marks in each section & 33% in aggregate.|
