Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) announced in Advertisement No. 01/2017 vacancies to 3088 posts pertaining to Panchayat Secretary, Clerk, Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Stenographer. Online applications commenced few days earlier and a large number of candidates have applied for the mentioned posts.
A written examination shall be conducted for all eligible applicants. The JSSC Panchayat Secretary examination would be held in two phases. A preliminary examination shall be followed by a Mains examination. Following is the pattern for the LDC Steno, Panchayat Secretary prelim and mains test:
- The Preliminary examination would be of 2 hours duration.
- It would be an examination of objective nature consisting of multiple choice questions (MCQ).
- The Preliminary Paper would require candidates to answer 120 questions and it would encompass questions from five subjects, in totality.
- The Mains Examination would also be of a multiple choice objective nature but would focus strictly on three subjects pertaining to language and the rest.
The candidates must check the detailed syllabus in the official website and prepare in accordance to it. Candidates must be preparing hard for their examinations and they must remember hard work and perseverance can lead them to success.

JSSC Admit card for the Written Exam would be ready for download purposes a week before the examination date. Candidates must note that hall tickets would not be sent individually by post. They must download and keep a printed version with themselves as it would be of paramount importance for their entry to examination halls.
Candidates would not be allowed to take the examinations without their admit cards. The Jharkhand Panchayat Secretary 2017 admit card would be available to all candidates whose applications have been accepted by the Jharkhand SSC. The hall tickets are not only vital for the entrance of the candidate to their respective examination halls but also contain important data like examination roll number. If a candidate fails to receive his JSSC Panchayat Secretary admit card, he must immediately contact the JSSC Board. He can write a mail to them or request for an hall ticket/call letter before the examination date by a formal letter.

On request, Jharkhand SSC is sure to issue admit cards of respective candidates. But candidates must take note that it shall not be sent individually by posts. They would have to be downloaded from the official website and a printed copy must be kept with the candidate at all times of the examination. The JSSC Stenographer, LDC admit card 2017 must also be retained as evidence until he/she is recruited to the respective posts. All the best to candidates.
