Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) recently notified 1394 Warder (Kakshpal) posts. To select the proper candidates for these vacancies, commission will be organizing written exam & physical test. Written test to be taken in two parts i.e Preliminary Exam & Main Examination. We have tried to cover most of the JSSC Kakshpal Main & Prelim Exam Syllabus 2016 along with Warder PET details.
Selection Process for Jharkhand Kakshpal Competitive Examination (JKCE) 2015: As listed in brief, first prelims exam takes place (100 Marks) for eligible applicants. Qualifier of first test are considered eligible for next exam which is Mains (200 Marks). Then for candidates who clears both of the exams, are invited for the Physical Efficiency Test (50 Marks). In last candidates undergo the medical test. There is no provision of interview for this recruitment.

JSSC Kakshpal Prelim & Main Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2015-16
Both Prelim & Main Examination to have Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions. One mark will be given for every right answer. Yes, there is negative marking in Kakshpal (Welder) examination. For wrong answer, 0.333 mark will be deducted.
Preliminary Exam Details: Question paper will be available in Hindi language. Questions from Numerical ability, General knowledge and general Hindi will be available in the exam. Level of questions will be of Matriculation (10th standard).

- Exam Duration: 2 Hours
Main Examination Information: As suggested by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) in the official notification, this exam to have two papers. Both Paper I and Paper II duration will be 2 Hours each and both carries 100 marks each.
Paper-1: This paper to have two parts. Part I carries 50 questions from Hindi language for 50 marks. Part II consists of 25 Numerical Ability & 25 General Knowledge questions for 50 marks. Level of questions will be of 10th class. Candidates need to score at least 15 marks (30%) in both parts of Paper I to be eligible for next stage.
Paper-2: This paper to have questions from language chosen by the candidate. Same as first paper, this one will also have multiple choice questions.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET & PST): First of all candidate’s height & chest (male only) will be measured. Then candidates with proper physical standards will be taking part in PET. This portion consists Race, long jump, high jump and throw ball events. Physical Test Carries 50 Marks.
Race: Candidates need to run for One Mile. Maximum marks for race event are 20.
- Time for Male: 5 Minutes or before.
- Time for Female: 8 Minutes or before.
High Jump: Maximum marks assigned for high jump are 10.
- Minimum Height for Male: 4 Feet.
- Minimum Height for Female: 3 Feet.
Long Jump: It carries 10 marks at maximum.
- Minimum Distance for Male: 12 Feet.
- Minimum Distance for Female: 09 Feet.
Throw Ball: This test is qualifying in nature so no marks will be added for it. But it’s essential for candidates to qualify it.
- Male: Weight of Ball is 16 Pounds. Minimum distance is 16 Feet.
- Female: Weight of ball will be 10 pounds and minimum distance is 10 feet.
So merit list will be prepared on the basis of prelim exam, main exam & PET. Candidates will be called for medical test as per the selection list position.
