KEA Exam Analysis for PDO, GPS Recruitment January 2017
The KEA and Rural Development and Panchayat Raj have done a good job in providing the optimal questions to the candidates. However, the number of candidates were quite high yet the paper is termed as “medium level” by many aspirants. Both of the papers had multiple choice questions.
- Paper I: General Knowledge, General Kannada, General English.
- Paper II: Questions about Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Karnataka.
Total 100 M.C.Q. questions were asked in the PDO, GPS Grade-I Examination conducted by KEA. Each question is equal to Two Marks. There is no inclusion of Negative Marking which will surely disrupt the cut off expectations. The expected KEA PDO Cut off, KEA GPS Cut off is already mentioned previously for this 200 marks paper.
About KEA: The Common Entrance Test Cell was established in 1994 by the Government of Karnataka to determine the eligibility criteria for admission of Karnataka candidates and Jammu and Kashmir migrants to the First Year full time professional courses in the fields of Medical, Dental, Farm Science, Architecture and Homeopathy besides conducting the entrance test for these posts.
This Cell was established as an autonomous body named the “Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)” registered under Societies Registration Act, 1960.
