SSC conducted Combined Higher Secondary Level 2016 Examination for LDC, PA, SA, DEO posts from 7th January to 5th February 2017, at all India level. Staff Selection Commission holds this examination region wise on various dates. All dates lies on Sunday so that students can travel to the test venues without worrying about the traffic related headache.
As a million of 12th class students participates in this test so that the commission organizes the exam on various dates because it’s almost impossible to make preparation to conduct such a high-level recruitment test on a single date.
Following posts are included in SSC CHSL 10+2 Level Recruitment 2016:
- Lower Division Clerks (LDC).
- Data Entry Operators (DEO).
- Postal Assistants (PA).
- Court Clerk.
- Sorting Assistants (SA).
Once candidates cleared this written test then skill test will be conducted for eligible ones. Basically, this national level test consists objective type questions based on 12th standard syllabus along with reasoning problems.
Question paper carries four sections with 200 questions with 50 marks each. Paper scheme follows the negative marking of 0.25 Mark per false answer. Following are the sections that should have faced by the aspirants in this SSC Examination:
- General Intelligence.
- English Language (Basics).
- Quantitative Aptitude.
- General Awareness & Current Affairs.
Before the exam commencement, the list of eligible candidates was issued region wise. CHSL Exam Admit Cards were also released region wise on SSC websites. Below are the available vacancies this year to be filled up on the basis of this recruitment test and skill test (Steno test & typing Test):

Candidates who participated in this examination on Sunday during January and February months this year should be curiously waiting for the answer keys of SSC CHSL PA, SA, LDC, DEO examination 2017.
The official solution will take some legit time to get released as it is expected to be out in the first week of April 2016. In the meantime, we will also provide the self-solved solution for CHSL 2016 examination issued by the leading coaching institutes.
The Examination was conducted in two shifts: Morning shift with the timing of 10 AM to 12:00 Noon and Evening (Afternoon) shift with the timing of 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In this exam, 200 questions were available to be answered.
SSC CHSL Exam Results to be out in the middle of April. The same schedule was followed last year.
